Spring Riding!
Our first team dirt ride of the year -- POTO! The new uniforms look awesome!
After a somewhat brutal reminder about what Zone 4 feels like, we chilled out and soaked up some spring sunshine in the parking lot for a bit...
Our recovery drink of choice!
Looking forward to the 2009 season!!!!

Dark Horse hits Rays Indoor MTB Park in 2009
Andrea & I headed down to Ray's MTB Park in Cleveland for some fun & adventure on March 28. It just so happened it was Giant Bikes demo day, and once they found out we were on a mountain bike team sponsored by Giant, they gave us some awesome demo bikes, a Trance and a Cypher, to play on all day! Sweet!
Andrea left a little part of herself somewhere on the outer loop....

What to do when its too cold & dark to ride outside...
...Some of the team came out to join our AWESOME sponsor, Dark Horse Brewery at a beer tasting event at Ashley's in Westland on January 8. We got to taste some of the new Dark Horse beers like the Blueberry Stout, but the unanimous favorite was the Perkulator Dopplebock. It was fun to catch up with Mike E. and have a few beers with friends on a wintry, Thursday night.
We also convinced a few of our biking friends from Team Tree Farm to join us! Also big fans of Dark Horse Brewery, they were happy to oblige!
